We’re not strangers to the bObsweep family, we have our very well loved official BOB from bObsweep, so when they asked us to review Dustin the robot vacuum we jumped with joy and were eager to find out what he could do… and boy we were not disappointed!
Receiving air mail in the middle of Africa can take a little time but wow this package was worth the wait! Simply put, Dustin is fantastic!
The Dustin robot vacuum model from bObsweep can do everything you’d expect a robot vacuum to do. He looks slick and stylish, he sweeps incredibly well- picking up all of Zamba and Kiki’s fur along with all the dust that our beautiful country comes with. He then docks himself in his sleek docking station and he actually self cleans. Inside the docking station there is a vacuum bag which all of Dustin’s findings gets emptied into. All you have to do is empty out the vacuum bag- This impressed me the most! Of course Dustin also mops up muddy paws and any other dirty mark he may encounter. He actually mops really well- again I am impressed!
The two questions I get asked most whenever I share our bObsweep robot vacuums is… Are they really worth it and do they really-really work? My simple answer is absolutely YES! bObsweep robot vacuums absolutely work and yes they are totally worth it. Once Dustin has your house mapped out, he gets on with his job of sweeping and mopping floors.
bObsweep has their own app which allows you to control Dustin. You can decide if you would like a simple quick clean of a specific area- say the kitchen or sitting area- the app allows you to specifically choose those areas for Dustin to sweep and or mop for you. You can also set schedules for when you would like Dustin to get to work.
